Installing on Linux

For windows go here

  1. Download Noodle from here
  2. Install Java
  3. Install a RDBMS (Postgres or Oracle)
  4. Set up your RDBMS
  5. Run the installer
  6. Ask Linux to start Noodle on boot
  7. Setup backups
  8. Setup Log monitoring

Debian/Ubuntu examples;

  • 20.04
  • 18.04
  • 16.04
  • 14.04

Fedora/RedHat/CentOS examples:

  • 8
  • 7
  • 6

Alpine

  • 3

Clear Linux is missing postgresql-contrib
